2025 Winner

Anjali Sud
CEO, Tubi
The CEO Who Is Turning Free TV Into Reality
Anjali Sud was just 33 and working in middle management as the general manager and head of marketing at Vimeo when she received a remarkable promotion: The video-sharing platform named her CEO. She hadn’t even thrown her hat in the ring for the job, but the bet paid off for both Sud and Vimeo, which went public in 2021 under her leadership. That experience is precisely why she was tapped in 2023 to head Tubi, the most-watched ad-supported (read: free) television and movie streaming service. Although the platform has yet to turn a profit, Sud has put it on the right path: In her first full year as CEO, Tubi added more than 80 million monthly active users in the United States, launched the service in the UK, and became the No. 1 ad-supported streaming service in Canada, according to CNBC. And, in 2025, 13.6 million people turned to Tubi to watch the Philadelphia Eagles rout the Kansas City Chiefs, making it the most-streamed Super Bowl of all time.
