Like many startups, Spring Health began with a personal need. As a college student, Co-Founder and CEO April Koh struggled to access the right mental healthcare, an experience that inspired her to create of the AI-powered platform, which connects users with tailored treatment plans, including therapy, coaching, and medication management. Today, Spring Health primarily partners with employers and health plans, closing the care gaps for millions. In 2024, the company raised $100 million at a $3.3 billion valuation — a testament to its growing influence in the digital health space. Despite her success, Koh remains deeply attuned to the urgency of mental health access. When wildfires swept through Los Angeles in early 2025, Spring Health quickly launched an initiative to provide free support to victims and first responders.
