Good American’s CEO Is a Multitasking Mastermind

If there were a dictionary entry for “serial entrepreneur,” it might just include a photo of Good American CEO Emma Grede. For most people, running the buzzy denim brand — which she launched with Khloé Kardashian in 2016 — would be more than enough to keep them occupied. Instead, it’s just one of Grede’s many roles, which include Chief Product Officer at Skims, Co-Founder of eco-friendly cleaning brand Safely, and Chair of the nonprofit Fifteen Percent Pledge, which encourages retailers to support Black-owned businesses. “The number of projects she works on can seem dizzying,” CNBC notes. The past few years have been particularly busy even by Grede standards: On top of all her business ventures, she launched her own podcast, where she interviews people who inspire her. (The inaugural guest? A-lister Gywneth Paltrow, naturally.)
