She’s Turning a Cloud Company Into an AI Leader

If anyone has the fortitude to lead SaaS stalwart ServiceNow through the AI revolution, it’s Gina Mastantuono. The finance chief was the first in her family to graduate college, which she paid for in part with babysitting funds she had been saving since she was 12. Now, as President and CFO at ServiceNow, she’s helping steer the company to rapid growth fueled by its new generative AI products. ServiceNow raked in more than $10 billion in revenue in 2024 and now has nearly 500 customers with more than $5 million in annual contract revenue, representing 21% year‑over‑year growth. It’s well positioned to continue on that trajectory: In September, the company introduced AI Agents. Not just better chatbots, the agents are designed to reason, adapt, and act autonomously across every business process. In January, it announced a powerful new AI Agent Orchestrator that will harmonize teams of AI agents working across tasks, systems, and departments. Befitting the company’s growing influence in enterprise AI, Fortune named Mastantuono one of the top 25 Most Powerful Rising Executives in the Fortune 500.
