How This Estée Lauder Executive Is Paying it Forward and Giving Back
As Global Brand President of Origins, an Active Natural skincare brand in The Estée Lauder Companies portfolio, Amber Garrison is responsible for broadening consumer reach and taking the brand’s innovation and product strategies to the next level. Prior to her current role, she served as Global Brand President for Bumble and bumble, one of two global brands in The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) portfolio focused on hair. In this role, Garrison strengthened the brand’s prestige haircare positioning and its professional authority, while developing talent and teams globally. Deeply passionate about DEI, Garrison has played an integral role in helping emerging leaders realize their full potential throughout her 11 year tenure at ELC. She has served as a sponsor and featured speaker for the company’s women’s leadership program, Open Doors, and as a mentor for the company’s leadership and development program for Black employees, From Every Chair. In addition to her work as a beauty executive, Garrison serves on the Board of Directors of Native Forward Scholars Fund, an organization dedicated to supporting Native scholars pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees across the United States.
